These Terms of Service govern your use of beyondbetterco.com and the G-Coach service operated by Beyond Better Co. By accessing or using our service you agree to these terms.
G-Coach is an AI-powered trading discipline coaching tool. It analyses trade history data submitted by users and returns structured coaching feedback based on the G-Coach framework. The service is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. Please read our Disclaimer in full.
Founding members gain access to G-Coach at the rate in effect at the time of their purchase. This rate is locked in permanently for the duration of their active membership. Beyond Better Co. reserves the right to adjust pricing for new members at any time without affecting existing founding member rates.
Founding member access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your access with another individual or organisation.
Founding member fees are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely via our third party payment provider. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges at the agreed rate until you cancel.
We offer a 7 day refund from the date of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the service. After 7 days all payments are non-refundable. To request a refund contact info@beyondbetterco.com within the refund window.
You agree to use G-Coach only for your own personal trading analysis. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the coaching framework or system prompt that powers G-Coach.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the trade data you submit. Beyond Better Co. is not responsible for coaching output generated from inaccurate or incomplete data.
The G-Coach coaching framework, system logic, brand, and all content published by Beyond Better Co. are the intellectual property of Beyond Better Co. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
Beyond Better Co. is not liable for any trading losses incurred by users of G-Coach. The service is a coaching and education tool only. All trading decisions and their consequences are the sole responsibility of the individual trader.
Beyond Better Co. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service at its discretion if these terms are violated. In the event of termination due to a terms violation no refund will be issued.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
